Downtown Junk Fest on Labor Day Weekend
Coming to Historic Main Street on Labor Day weekend: The first annual Downtown Junk Fest will feature vendors with vintage, re-purposed, antique, salvaged, farmhouse, and rustic items. Hosted by the Old Town Merchants Association, the festival will include three stages with live music located in front of the Crawford County courthouse, at Blanche Moore Park, and at Freedom Park. In addition to the shops, vendors, and restaurants, there will also be food trucks.
Vendors are still being accepted. The festival is juried, so vendors must apply and be approved. No payments due until after approvals. Spaces begin at $100. Vendor information can be obtained by contacting the Junk Fest organizers at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 479-414-3320. Visit the Downtown Junk Fest Facebook page for more information.
Another exciting part of the Downtown Junk Fest if the raffle to win a brand new 2017 Chevy Camaro. Tickets are $20.00 and will benefit the Center for Art & Education building fund. Tickets can be purchased at Metro Gallery, located at 610 Main Street.
